Within 30 days of delivery, Beek Trade will refund the full amount, less the cost of shipping new unopened items. Beek Trade will pay for the return shipping of wrong or defective item in case of Beek Trade shipping error. Customers will expect to receive their refund within 2-4 weeks. This time estimate includes the shipping transit time back to our business location, an authorization check, and your refund processing time. Refunds are only returned in the form of the original payment method. If a customer has received an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part and wishes to receive a replacement, Beek Trade will pay the return shipping price for the wrong item and send the correct item to the customer using the updated shipping.
